create/clone vector glass clover

Attached you will see an image from inter software where you can see a glass cover (cloche) with a PC inside. We need clone of the glass clover without anything inside, just the glass clover with transparency so we can add other symbols "inside" the glas clover. Please make a blue background like on the image but the glass clover itself have to be an own group/layer with transparency. GLow and mirror is needed, too.
