Greetings! I am a native speaker of English with experience as a public relations writer and freelance journalist. I teach writing classes at the college level and have just published a textbook on writing for undergraduate students. I currently live and work in a rural area of the southern USA and would be interested to learn how the Indian issues compare with ours. I hold a PhD in philosophy and an MFA in Creative Writing. Both of these academic programs are writing intensive and require book length thesis assignments. If you can provide me with the information you want to convey, I can construct arguments for corporate responsibility and narratives about the impacts of rural development programs. Recently, I have revived my career as a freelance but I have edited academic papers for the Veterans Administration in such fields as psychiatry and gerontology. For several years, I worked for an ophthalmologist in the Little Rock area, for whom I edited, revised and proofread medical textbooks, conference presentations, web materials, and personal correspondence. I can devote four hours a week to you. Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

I understand that this projects need a lot of reading and researching to produce a writing with some substantial output. I plan to study the areas where such development has taken place and analyze the methods which contributed to the betterment of the underdeveloped areas. After completing my research, I plan to customize it according to the circumstances in the provided region and come up with practical measures. In the past, I have been part of the project 'Energy Governance in Pakistan' and have experience with both research and writing.
