A marketing assistant is required for writing proposals and emails copy for sales presentation purposes. Task Overview: 1. Researching & labelling related papers that would assist in writing a convincing proposal/email copy 2. Sieving through customer data for specific behaviours or trends to write a better email copy. 3. Assistance in writing part of a proposal/email copy. (Templates will be given) 4. Sending out personal emails to clients. Working arrangement: - Do note that the above tasks are not given all at once. It is a task summary of all the tasks that may require assistance. - The tasks assign has to be completed within 2 hours daily. Active reporting, discussion and all work is to be done in the 2 hour window. Out of this 2 hour window, the agent will not be disturbed. - Best if agents are able to work during office hours within +8 GMT. Working contract: - An NDA will be signed prior to the working arrangement. - The agent is hired under a working contract as a part-time staff. About the company: qiscus pte ltd is a Singapore based company with offices in Singapore, Msia & Indonesia. We have built a powerful messaging system that allows remote teams to work together as though we are in the same location. We have a very tight-knitted team with some we've never met face to face before.
