Need paragraphs written to describe general workplace behaviours to address each workplace capability. There are four core groups. Personal Attributes, Relationships, Results, Business Enablers. Within these groups are 16 categories across 5 levels starting from foundational (entry level) to highly advanced (higher management). Paragraphs will consist of approx. 150 – 200 words but must be general. They should describe the situation, task, action and results and identify with the capability. These must be original and more information will be supplied to ensure the correct application. Need two paragraphs per each capability across five (5) levels. These should not be industry specific and should provide a common basis for describing capability requirements. There is another four capabilities within the People Management Group for employees who manage people.
