Calculation of variance analysis in a case study and then write up a professional report based on your findings. Calculations include: Flexible Budget, Analyse variance between budgeted and actual including sales volume variance, market size & market share variance, selling price variance, price and quantity variance, rate and efficiency variance and the spending variance. After calculations, you will need to make an evaluation on a few issues. Then suggestion will need to made on the overall running of the business. The evaluations and suggestions will need to put into an executive professional report.
