Add button to website (URGENT)

I'm trying to add an image (a button) to a website, but there are all kinds of layers and things that I don't understand so I can't figure out how to do it without messing up the site. This should be a 5 minute job and I would like to have it done within the next 20 mins. Please don't bid unless you can do it NOW.
