I am a guitarist for a rock project. We wrote a song and recorded it professionally, and would like to do an animated video to go along with the 3 minute song. We are hoping to have it follow a story line, that we have going in the song, and it to be all original. We aren't sure how to do this or even if it could be done, which is why we are asking here.

Hello, this could be happen and yes, can be done, but if you want to show, and don't wanna, that everybody make Laugh.. minimum budget that could work is 1k. So Better close the project and just don't waste your time as project budget range is too small or in other words Lover the 0 budget. I'm pro and working over 18 years in media industry so know my job and love it, but in your case, please re-calculate your idea.. is it worth just to throw up 250$ and have 0 in high valued product.
