HELLO, Yes, this is possible. You will require web site / web host which will accept the requests sent by users and make it available for you to review and process. We'll develop the web app and it need not be visible or accessible to users, just the app will use it. - Do you want payment processing or you will handle it out site the app directly with the user? - Believe you only want android app? - The back end web app will have a secure log in where you can view the photos sent by users, add notes on each request, set status (pending, done, canceled etc) - Do you have a web host? hi, i am experienced android developer and understand your requirement. lets talk technically and i will also tell you the way i do it. 1. i will create a application in which they send all the photo details to your email id. 2. i will create a user interface in which they select the photo(galary, fb/instagram) and also the text field in which they have questions in which user have to answer like -quantity of photo -photo size etc so just they have to answer that question. After that all the details is sent to your email id. so it anyone can understand and its user friendly.
