Create an ipad/iphone app and android app for my website and submit it to Appstore and GooglePlay market

Hello, I have a personal blog which is running on wordpress (with theme diary notebook installed) what i am expecting is, i want to make a mobile app version version of my site (not a mobile web site, fully responsive and push notification enabled mobile app) and i want you to publish it to apple appstore (turkey) and google play with my own application description.
