Create an RatingBar animation

This project is fairly simple. I need an animation(s) created for the android View RatingBar. When the progress of the view is updated I want it so that the animation plays for the individual progress that is updated not the whole view. Either animation can be completed for the project but if you can complete the second one will add a bonus. Please write in the project bid "I know how to complete this animation" in your project bid. The animations are described below: - Make the individual progress "glow" then shrink back to normal size. - Make the individual progress "slam" onto the view then shine.
