Android / Restaurant Ordering Menu (OpenBravo frontend / Mysql) - repost

FIRST OFF WE NEED A "SAMPLE APK" BEFORE WE DO ANYTHING WE NEED A "SAMPLE APK" NOT LINKS TO APKs, an actual apk restaurant sample WITH SOURCE as we need to see the style of code written. WE NEED THIS DONE IN C# / Mono OR at the very least IntelliJ Java NO ECLIPSE, OR ANY OTHER LANGUAGES OR DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENTS. We need the SAMPLE (not the actual application) to connect and submit a couple of transactions into the openbravo environment which is MYSql server driven backend. This type of application needs to be image menu driven with descriptions. WARNING THIS IS A SAMPLE WE'D LIKE BEFORE WE AWARD THE PROJECT WE NEED TO VERIFY DEVELOPERS UNDERSTAND TEH CODE WE ARE LOOKING FOR. A SIMPLE SAMPLE RESTAURANT MENU APP THAT ACTUALLY CONNECTS TO OPENBRAVO / MYSQL SERVER. SIMPLE.
