I have an idea for an app for mobile devices. I don't know how it works, so I don't know what skills are required, what languages, etc. This form wants me to select skills and payment, but I don't know what is involved...(so I am guessing)

I was hoping to make this app available for all devices and not limit it to just the mac-based devices. Is that possible?

Anyway, I don't have the programming skills to do this, so I was hoping to find someone I could hire to do it for me.
