Objective:
The objective of the Final Project is to build System Dynamics Model to be used as a platform to teach (train) participants (players) about certain business issues. Those issues can be but not limited to, Marketing and Sales, Project Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Development and Management, Entrepreneurship and Startups, Economics and Finance, Decision Making Tools, etc …
Your role as a team is to think about the topic and the theme that you all as a team agree upon and then write one page (see Requirement 1). Then you will need to build the CLD for the topic you selected and discuss it with me to get constructive feedbacks. At this stage your team will be asked to determine the rules of the game that you want the players discover while playing. Remember, when the players play the game they will be asked to take some actions (through dashboard) and upon which they will monitor and observe some indicators in terms of graphs to discover if they are understanding the business.
Remember you want the players to learn the topic you chose, so you are giving them the chances to change several keys and to watch the results to discover by themselves the main learning objective that you designed the game for.
Note: There are some reqirements and modeling process, I will attached later.
