As Millennials enter the workforce, Veterans and Baby Boomers are forced to learn how to adapt to the generational differences and technological advances that come with their arrival. With the shift in workforce culture, although Millennials are being disproportionately accommodated, 70 percent of them leave their first job within two years of joining and companies around the world are dealing with the high cost of turnover for Gen-Y employees. III. Purpose of the Study A. To develop a profile of Generation Y and identify ways to motivate, recruit, manage and assist Millennials in becoming more acclimated to the work environment of a multi generational workforce in order to promote a more inclusive and collaborative environment.
