Demand system analysis

This project will need someone with post-graduate level training in Econometrics. I would like someone to estimate income and price elasticities of demand using the linear approximate of Deaton's 1980 AIDS Almost Ideal Demand System. This approach is well explained and widely used in the Economics literature. Anyone with knowledge of consumption models, welfare analysis, trade and price change policy analysis will have come across this approach. However I do not have the experience with data handling and stata (or other similar software) to execute it myself. The actual data set used is not important but preferably I would like someone to calculate the elasticities for a fixed basket of household food goods. This corresponds to the data available in numerous household survey's available from the world bank which contain the necessary data on expenditure and consumption for surveyed commodities. I can specify the project far more than this and provide exact data set etc. However the data set chosen will depend on the ability of the person carrying out the work and so we would need a conversation to decide on the exact approach before the work would begin. The two documents attached respectively are the original literature on the AIDS method and a simpler guide giving an example on stata. For anyone that has used this model before the work would be fairly simple and not too time consuming.
