Add Chat room to Site

I own a website www.LuxuryWatchExchange.com. It is an auction site that runs on .asp and the developer of the auction software is www.Rainworx.com. I would like to add a chat room to the site. Yet must use the same database so members can use the same user name and passwords. I recently purchased the software program for the chat room to add to the site. The program is cute chat, it is asp and the company website is www.cutesoft.net. I would like a "Chat Now" link in the left hand collom next to the about us, resources, and contact. Also a link from the resources page which currently has only a "coming soon." I look forward to working with someone on this project. My timeframe is around 7 -10 from start to finish.
