We provide technical insurance services to London Insurance Companies. With one, we work inside their DMS, reviewing documents and dropping files into their workflows by browsing on local drives to select the required files. Regularly, the system stops "seeing" the local drives, which we believe is caused by the Citrix system. I should add that our workers are using personal PCs from their homes, running both XP and Vista. They all suffer the same problem, which happens approximately 30% of the time. We connect via The Citrix online web plug-in, via a Cisco RSA security web portal that authenticates to the Talbot domain & use your network login credentials to authenticate to the Citrix Presentation Server. That in turn allows you to launch a variety of applications run from this, including the intranet & workflow. I need someone to advise me on the problem and how to tackle it. We are using client software, so we do not have a support arrangement with anyone, and our client knows little and is unable to help. This is probably not a very big job, but I am prepared to pay, if there is a solution that I can pass on to our workers, RP Richard Pentelow
