Hi, We have a project that we are again willing to put forward for an honest developer to take on and complete. However due to bad experiences I have some conditions. Please DO NOT bid on our project if you are not happy with this condition: - No payment will be released until the Project is FULLY completed and tested and ALL requirements have been met. - I need a fully customisable website including backend, this means I DONT WANT TO BE CONSTRAINED BY A TEMPLATE TAKEN OFF THE SHELF This project would suit someone that knows what they are doing and NOT working to templates where they then get stuck when I need something outside of what the template can offer. This project would also suit someone honest that would like to make reasonably decent money on a project that shouldnt take someone who knows what they are doing very long to complete.
