Conversion of MS Access Front-End to ASP.Net Website

We have a legacy Microsoft Access front-end that needs to be converted to an ASP.Net 4.0 website. The legacy application contains approximately 30 forms, although most of these are pop-ups from main forms. We have a template design to work from in order to provide guidance on how the complete website should look. The data access routines for the project can be ported directly from the MS Access application. The back-end is MS Access. Completion required within 10 days.
