I need a complete system for billing, integrated with paypal and ready for other payment methods. Front-end only, with few system management options exclusively for system administrator. SYSTEM MAIN GOALS: The system will be used as a SCRUD to resellers, customers and contractors. It must handle GPS Trackers and its installations by contractors. Also must handle payments for contractors for each installation or uninstallation that he does. Must control payments made by customers and distribute shares to resellers. Payments must be controlled and delayed customers automatically locked. Also, after payment, automatically unlocked. System developer must leave an include file to GPS Tracker developer insert functions related to lock, unlock, reset password, and everything else needed to handle on tracking platform side. P.S.: Billing tables draft is in a MySQL Workbench file (attached) but system must run over SQLServer and ASP/.NET Windows 2012 Server.
