I'm in need of a software for my client which will be residing in System Tray always. Here is a quick requirement. 1. It will start in System tray 2. It will display daily tip to the user. 3. It can be managed by Admin so that admin can flash the tips of windows(for an example) to the users(having installed on their desktop). 4. it will take tips from the Server Excel Sheet and an animated character will appear on desktop and like a bubble will flash the message. 5. It needs to be so simple and easy to use, 6. It will take the username of the windows operating system(client is planning for Windows for now for own staff) and display a message like "Hello XYZ! Do you know you can copy a thing by pressing CTRL+C instead of Right Clicking." 7. No Big Giant screens just simple PNG Transparent graphic on the screen for flashing the message. P.S. : Tell me how much time you need to develop and money involved. I have 2 weeks for this. --- Thanks.

I am a VB.NET Developer. I have a lot of experience with MS Agents and handling excel files. You will also need a settings form, since you will have to input the path for the excel file, every how many minutes you want the agent to say a new "tip", maybe an option to show the next tip so that the users can read all the tips fast, and finally, maybe an option to close the agent, so that it can stop "bugging" you.
