I have a website - [login to view URL] - and have to create a new section on it and fix a bug. The bug is in a button that, when clicked, should activate a suspended form. But the screen only stays gray and no form appears. It used to work before, and the form works fine. The only problem is that its not appearing anymore. The new section is called "urgencies" and should be activated when a new button "urgencies" is clicked, for requests that need to be done in the same day. The section should be a clone to the regular section "solicite um orçamento" (request for service), only the informations are a little diferent, but should have the same funcionalities and take to the same place. The diference is that it should be more simple than the regular button "solicite um orçamento", it should have only one step, ask for the phone number, name, zip code and details of the request, and when the user click on "send order", an e-mail should be sent to us.
