Contact Importer .net

A .net contact importer tool is required to at least (but not limited to) import contact/friend list from Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Facebook. The developer will be given a .net solution to modify. Currently no (real) code has been written thus the main function of the .net solution is to set the standards to the output of the project. The developer is required to; ? Write clear C# code which will be reviewed by professionals ? Any API and/or tool can be used to achieve the functionality. But the developer MUST inform us about the tools before using them.
