Complete an 80-percent completed .Net web site.

We already have a web site developed for a sports tournament management. Database design and full functionality are almost completed. However, we faced a problem with user login. There are several users with a few different roles. The web site already adjusts functionality according to user's authentication level. For example, certain functions are not visible for users with lower authorization level. However, multiple, concurrent user logins are causing problems. We discovered the reason as having a number of "static" members in some of the forms. Due to "Postback" nature, these static members are required. However, we are ready to change them to another mechanism according to coder's choice. We would like the coder to: 1. Establish a proper multiple and concurrent user login mechanism. 2. Develop a few pages: - Application for participation (be a candidate page) - Match and goals rating system and a page for displaying the "best"-5 of the week, "best"-10 of the season, etc. - Complaints page - Suggested functionality and wishlist page 3. Advise of user for the other pages (not programming, just advise, if there's any). Unfortunately, project needs to be completed very quickly. We don't care about the budget much (our budget is not unlimited, of course). However, we will go for the candidates who can dedicated themselves for the coming 24 hours to complete the whole system. Due to lack of time, we cannot complete the remaining parts (as mentioned above). Otherwise, we are also capable coders. Shortlisted candidates will be provided with the web site link. The web site is not in English, however the whole source code is in English. So, you will have no difficulties in understanding the code. Due to commercial confidentiality, the coder will be given only a subset of the web site, not the whole web site. However this will not affect his work. Integration of the login mechanism will be coder's responsibility for the given web site. The subset will contain: - Master Page - Base class - Login page - Logout page - A page that needs high level of authentication - A page that needs low level of authentication - A page that does not need any authentication - Supplementary pages for the functionality (such as libraries created by us) The user will have to work on the database that is hosted in one of our servers. The work does not involve any database development. Therefore, this will not affect his/her work. Looking forward to getting your bids and starting the work as soon as possible.
