ASP.net Program that needs modifications to suit my needs -- 2

I want to create 4 drop downs, pulling the data for the dropdowns from a table, which it will validate and only show the values available based on criteria (week), and then validating against the table it will post to making sure to not show any values the user has already used. This is a weekly contest. Each drop down is a separate contest. The table used for dropdown is a schedule table, broken down into weeks. Each week consists of 12-16 games involving 2 teams. So the max it would show in the dropdown is 32 teams to select from. There are weeks also that there are only 12 games, so the drop down would only start with 24 teams. Then you have to look at the table you are posting the selections to to see if the user already used one of those teams. If they have used the team it would not be visible in the drop down. Alot of the validation code is already present on an existing page I have, but it is in a form view, not dropdowns. You can probably reuse this code.
