CS-Cart Skin Customized

I would like a customer CS Cart skin. I would like the theme to be similar to [login to view URL] I would like the background picture to be the picture labeled, [login to view URL] I would like the rollover black/white to color whichis similar to the sample template. I require documentation of affected files and installation for I will be the one to upload the skin on my website. You will need to provide a link to your test server so I can view progress. I will need to be able to test and verify functionality of the CS-Cart is not affected. I would prefer someone with CS Cart Customization experience.
