Contest Brief
T-Shirt Contest Details:
1) This shirt is for children; boys and girls ranging in age from 5 - 10 years.
2) Design must include our existing Kidz Tennis logo (attached)
3) Design must be relevant & fun for a child from age 5 - 10.
4) Design is to be FRONT of shirt only
5) ALL shirts will be white (please design accordingly)
6) 4 color process is acceptable, 2 color is preferred
7) Tennis for children is our sport (please stay within the theme)
8) You can add a tagline we have used; Get in the Game, Rule the Court, Kidz Tennis Rules. Or you can create a relevant term to use.
9) Ideas we have liked include; tennis ball making a paint splatter effect, Tennis ball crashing through a wall, Tennis ball hit and imbedded into the court......
10) All source files must be included
11) File also to be sent in Vector format
12) Full release of the design & rights over to me upon being awarded this campaign

The winning design was ripped off this website: http://all-free-download.com/free-vector/download/boys_jumping_against_a_paint_splatter_background_311105.html While free to download, its commercial use, as is the case here, is strictly forbidden without buying the license for it ($10). It's a shame you paid Aandreinov $100 just to stick your already-designed logo on it along with a tagline you already had. His only creative input was to remove two figures from the sides and claim this was his own original work, which not only violates contest rules, it's against the law. He can be sued and so can you, unless you pay the $10, and this has all been reported to Freelancer, the real creator, and the website the art was stolen from.
