I need a letter to offer car wash services to companies.

I would like a motivating letter that would capture the companies and make them want to hire us to wash their cars. during the pandemic, and evenso in companies where employees provide service, it is important to have them always cleaned as they are the forefront along with the employees.

we want to offer two services; either to clean at their location for $ 20 for vehicles, $ 30 for vans and trucks and for larger vehicles, we can discuss a rate
or if we clean the vehicles at our location for $ 25 for cars, $ 35 for vans and trucks and for larger vehicles, we will also discuss rate futher.

we think for companies biweekly service is best as unless otherwise needed
