Contest Brief

We are a healthtech, an early phase startup and looking to develop a wireframe for our idea. For this contest, we want someone to prepare 3 pages which will include:
1. Landing page
2. Login/ signup page
The details are provided in the file attached with this contest.
The successful contestant may be considered to design the wireframe for complete idea. In terms of design, we are looking for a wireframe output in which the pages are linked and has the functionality to 'click over and move' to the respective pages or options.
For example:
On landing page if i see the word 'login', then I should be able to click it and the login page should open.
Similar will be the case for other options.
