Contest Brief
** THIS PROJECT IS WORTH SGD 1,500 to SGD 3,000 **
Balance payment will be dispensed in milestones upon awarding of contest.
If you accept this project and your design is chosen, you have to work on building the website as well.
To design and build a website similar to:
1) https://www.theknot.com/
2) http://www.mywedding.com/
3) http://www.weddingwire.com/
4) http://www.weddingchicks.com/
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) To provide at least 2 drafts for web design on this contest
2) 100% PHP coding build from scratch - No wordpress etc
3) Responsive website
4) Tight dateline of not more than 2 weeks upon confirmation of web design draft
5) Open for discussion on cost involve as well as time needed for completion - Project can be done in phrases
6) To provide a detailed timeline
WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS:
A) Directory Portal
- Login Panel / Sign up Form
- Navigation menu bar: Home, List by specified category, Contact
- Featured merchants
- Advertisement Banner section
- Search
- Merchant Category Listing
- Merchant Promotion Listing
- Social Media Link
- Subscribe to newsletters
B) Three type of user account:
- Super administrator
- Public/Normal
- Merchant Login
I) Super administrator (CMS)
- able to create/edit/delete the content of user/merchant
- able to create/edit/delete the menu and pages
- able to create/edit/delete any user: public & merchant
- able to create/edit/delete the advertisement for merchant
- able to create merchant category and select featured merchant
- able to moderate reviews sent by user
II) Normal
- able to sign up an account on their own via facebook or email verification
- able to change the user particular / password
- able to post a review or rate (subject to moderation)
- able to add own avatar for profile
III) Merchant
- able to create/edit/delete the content of own page (1 page display)
- Content is divided in following section: About/Location/Promotion/Ratings/Reviews
- Able to add images slideshow and video (youtube or vimeo)
- Social media link: facebook and Twitter
3) Loyalty Reward Points System
I) Super administrator (CMS)
- able to create/edit/delete digital voucher with merchant detail, Offer, terms & condition, points required, validity date
- Stock control of voucher availability
- able to add/remove loyalty points to the user account
II) Public
- able to collect loyalty points upon approved review
- able to do digital voucher redemption with loyalty points
III) Redemption/Reward Page
- Redemption / reward page show listing of voucher items to be redeem/reward
- Add to Redemption/reward cart, checkout
- Digital voucher will show Name, Serial running number, Date of reward/redemption, Validity Date, Offer, merchant detail, Terms & condition
4) Live Chat Function
5) SEO
- To ensure that the website are SEO enabled and built up in that way
The designer will also need to come up with a unique icon for each services.

Sorry to say, but SGD1,500 is not worth it for a freelancer. You have to up the amount, we spent a lot of times and errors doing it from scratch and depending on your requirements and time tight within 2 weeks, it is not worth it. Thank you.

Dear Hanisah, I really appreciate your frankly but seriously? Instead of telling me "it is not worth it" for cost wise as well as time wise, i think it is better that you suggest how much you are worth for your time and the time needed to complete the project,
