Video edit for Raise my property value.

I have synchronized the audio and remove the noise. I have replaced a fumbled audio or 'remarkable' with a clean one on the same clip. I have stabilized the little shake that was present in the video. You can see the color, contrast, brightness of the video is very good. I have added transition effect in between where I can also add text if you have anything to show. I have added a simple ending slide of "Welcome" which can be replace with anything better if you have in mind. I am ready to do the full project. Contact me for farther discussion.
