Contest Brief

A proposed national league soccer team in Sligo, Ireland requires a new logo for use across it’s branding, website, jersey, etc.

Club Name: Sligo Swans
Colour Scheme: White (#FFFFFF) & Black (#000000). A third colour of Red (#CC3333) may also be featured but is not a requirement and must not be a prominent part of the logo if used.

We would like the logo to be easily identifiable as a football team crest. It must include the name in full as well as a silhouette of a swan. The team will be exclusively for female players eventually from the age of 12 to adults.

Some examples of other teams bearing a swan logo are attached below. We seek something in the style of these. Please use these for inspiration but obviously a copy, or close copy, is not appropriate. The design submitted must be an original and un-copyrighted image which we can use fully without fear of any legal action taken at any point in the future.

Deliverables:
We will require a transparent high resolution image.
We will also require that if required a version of the finished logo which can be used on a white, black and red (#CC3333) background.

I'm absolutely loving the range of options and you've really all gotten a feel for the concept we're going for here. Just to let you know that we will be meeting our players on Sunday morning (Irish Time) and they will be choosing between the two brands 'Sligo Storm' and 'Sligo Swans'. They will pick a winner in each category and although we will only be using one of the logos across both contests it may mean seperate winners in each section. Both competitions may or may not be won by the same artist. Thanks to everyone for the work you have put in so far. It's very much appreciated.
