Contest Brief
We are seeking a high-quality professional illustration featuring a roller derby girl either riding or otherwise interacting with (hugging, carrying, caressing) a classic 50's style atomic bomb. We will be adding the team name in text after the design is complete. The girl can look cute or tough--use your imagination. She should be wearing lace-up roller skates (or perhaps carrying them). You may use black ink and up to two other spot colors. We prefer no shading or halftones, although stippling is OK. We are attaching a few similar designs that we like. Your design should be of equal or better quality, but dissimilar from the samples. If we choose your design, we will expect you to furnish a Vector file. You are welcome to present "in progress" rough-outs to see if you are on the right track and/or to receive feedback and direction. Thanks and good luck everyone!
