Contest Brief

Basicly new design for the site, interactive, fluid and resembeles my mockup, (attached). can be creative and completely different design if you feel creative.

1. most have floating text tip that i as admin can assign. to any place in site. ( for example place for placing "alerts that users will see on the site main page" ).
2. question marks with text appearing when hovered over.
2. included PSD to HTML
