Company Information:
Calli is a company dedicated to the production of high quality and embroidered industrial vests and uniforms in México City.

Visual Identity:
Calli is seeking a complete redesign of its logo and a new visual identity. We aim to convey in our branding the fundamental values of quality, added value, innovation, and trust, through the following visual and content elements:

Visual References:
• Tonatiuh Symbol: As a reference to Mexico's pre-Hispanic roots, we seek to incorporate the symbol of Tonatiuh, the sun god in Aztec culture, as a representation of strength and vital energy.
• Aztec Calendar - most lavish ornament: (see attached pdf for reference)
• Jaguar Symbol: The Jaguar is another powerful symbol of the Aztec culture that represents bravery and power, characteristics that we want to highlight in our brand.

Taglines and Brand Principles:
• Quality: "Quality has no competition". Our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and this must be reflected in the brand.
• Innovation: "We materialize your ideas". We turn our clients' dreams into reality, we are always at the forefront of design and manufacturing.
• Added Value: "One thread makes the difference". We go beyond just
producing uniforms, we add value to our clients through small details that
make a difference.

Typography:
• For the main texts, we seek a font with Serif that denotes formality and
professionalism.
• For the secondary or support texts, a Sans Serif font that gives a modern and
clear appearance.

Colors:
• Green: As a main color, reflecting growth, freshness, and prosperity.
• Gray: Another main color, conveying formality and sophistication.
• Blue: As a secondary color, representing trust and responsibility.

It is essential that each proposal is fully justified in terms of how and why each element was selected and how it contributes to communicating our values and mission as a brand. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with the selected designer for future design and branding projects. This contest is not just for a single project, but is the beginning of an ongoing creative collaboration.

Please submit your proposals, demonstrating how they align with our objectives and values. Take your time to understand our brand and what we stand for, in order to create a design that is authentically Calli.

Referencias visuales:
• Símbolo Tonatiuh: Como una referencia a las raíces prehispánicas de México, buscamos incorporar el símbolo de Tonatiuh, el dios del sol en la cultura Azteca, como una representación de la fuerza y la energía vital.

• Símbolo del Jaguar: El Jaguar es otro poderoso símbolo de la cultura Azteca que representa valentía y poder, características que queremos resaltar en nuestra marca.

Taglines y Principios de la Marca:
• Calidad: "La calidad no tiene competencia". Nuestros productos son fabricados con los más altos estándares de calidad y esto debe verse reflejado en la marca.
• Innovación: "Materializamos tus ideas". Nosotros convertimos los sueños de nuestros clientes en realidad, buscamos siempre estar a la vanguardia en diseño y fabricación.
• Valor Agregado: "Una hebra hace la diferencia". Nosotros vamos más allá de solo producir uniformes, agregamos valor a nuestros clientes a través de pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia.

Tipografía:
• Para los textos principales, buscamos una fuente con Serifa que denote formalidad y profesionalismo.
• Para los textos secundarios o de apoyo, una fuente sin Serifa que aporte una apariencia moderna y clara.

Colores:
• Verde: Como color principal, reflejando crecimiento, frescura y prosperidad.
• Gris: Otro color principal, transmitiendo formalidad y sofisticación.
• Azul: Como color secundario, representando confianza y responsabilidad.

Es esencial que cada propuesta esté completamente justificada en términos de cómo y por qué cada elemento fue seleccionado y cómo contribuye a la comunicación de nuestros valores y misión como marca.

Buscamos establecer una relación a largo plazo con el diseñador seleccionado para futuros proyectos de diseño y branding. Este concurso no es solo para un único proyecto, sino que es el comienzo de una colaboración creativa continua.
