I am looking for a skilled and experienced web designer to redesign my Jackpot Wheel page using a modern and sleek design. I would like to retain elements of the current design if possible, and I want to ensure the new design features a user-friendly interface. Dynamic visual effects and multiple reward tiers would be great to include but not essential. The successful bidder must deliver a high quality design that adheres to all the latest web design standards.
