Contest Brief

I have recently purchased a digital marketing start-up company that had little corporate/brand identity. I am looking for a logo and brand/corporate identity, business card and letterheads.

The company will specialize in all aspect Digital Marketing (Web Development, Social Media Management, SEO etc.) The role of the company is evolving.

The company name is Krag Africa ( www.kragafrica.com ). I would want it to have a strong corporate/brand identity. The term Krag means “power”

This brand will be used in everything the company does.

The logo will be used in:
1. Photographic images in both watermark and print.
2. Website
3. Branding Apparel and Print media
4. Marketing campaigns

I would therefore need the logo in the relevant formats.

The logo has to:
1. Look good on dark and light backgrounds
2. Look good in small and large size (few details)
3. Look good in color and black and white
4. Delivered in scalable vector format
5. Logo cannot lose detail when it is scanned or printed in black and white
6. Simple and can be used as brand recognition without the name

I would like the identity and logo of the brand to be modern but timeless, simple, elegant and luxurious and clean. The look of the brand and logo should reflect our services. You can borrow on natural and organic elements.

I really like simple clean designs even just black and white or a classy touch of color that is elegant and clean. Not gimmicky.

The brand should be highly professional, sleek, have lots of white space and simple

I have started to like some of the design work. Though, if you can give me the message or story you're trying to show with a logo; i might be able to see what you were seeing in creating the logo. Thus, making the selection work easier.

You can try any vibrant colors in the design process.

I don't know what font family (serif or san serif) is the logo sample i shared for enhanced grilling; but keep the font in that same family.

Work with either Montserrat or Pontano Sans fonts
