Contest Brief

This small project could transition into a more ample one.
We are looking to hire a freelancer who could help us with the design of our marketing identity.

At this time we need to create a logo for a Real estate company. The company buy houses cash directly from Owners. We are taking pride in being honest reliable quick and always over deliver to our customers.
The logo supposed to be made in one two or three colors. (Fell free to come with your own chromatic scheme) The logo will be used for visit cards, website and mail.
Potential idea: two persons , one hands to another a house another is handing back a stack of money or the $ sign.
