Re design the signs and colours for this building

Contest Brief

Hello

We are in the process of buying this building and would like to see some suggestions on which design to go with to show our decorators.

Here is the old building now and I have attached our logo file.

We are open to colour suggestions on the logo.

The winning designer will supply me with the files for the advertising boards in high resolution.
