Book on Wing Chun Kung Fu, instruction manual to understand and master the style.
Description of mechanics and optimization of movement. History of Wing Chun, self-defense and reflections on health and the path of the martial art.
I request a book cover different from the usual ones where photos of a teacher performing techniques appear.
The book is a manual for the reader to understand the how and why of performing the techniques, as well as the development of style over time.
It also contemplates how to train taking advantage of time and the implications of training in the area of health and personal development.
As an idea, some symbolic element could appear in reference to the East and some element that suggests the idea of a utility manual.
