Phoenix bird logo designed.

I would love a logo designed like the phoenix bird logo. If you google the words "city of phoenix bird logo" that will give you an idea of what I want the bird logo to look like. BUT it's got to look a little different, a little more modern, and fierce. It's got to be simple and in the shape of a tear drop, or circle. THANK YOU! May the best artist win!
