Need frame by frame motion graphic work done on a 20 second video

Contest Brief

I have a clip from a video that needs frame by frame graphic work done...

Note... The video is NOT broken. I removed the top half of the video on purpose to protect the faces of everyone in the clips. I only need the bottom half edited and everything sent back to me like this.

Here is what needs to be done...
Basically, in the video clip, you will see the bottom half of what is a cardboard cutout of an INSTAGRAM frame around a couple that are in the middle of the box. At the bottom of the instagram frame, you will see the amount of LIKES, the USERNAME and the COMMENT with hashtags.

In the original clip, you will see default text in place:
500 likes
yournamehere your comment here
#yourhashtaghere #yourhashtaghere #yourhashtaghere
#yourhashtaghere #yourhashtaghere #yourhashtaghere

This needs to be changed to the following:
20,000 likes
Username = quincy
Comment = All you know is what you see up on the gram
Hashtags = #whatyourappinfor #idoeverything #everybodymad

Also, make the heart button next to the Likes the color red

Please make it look like the original but with the new amount of likes, username and comments with hashtags in it.

The instagram font used is called "San Francisco Font" located here

redo.mov (703M) is too large for Google to scan for viruses. Would you still like to download this file? Therefore I would like to know if this video is a trojan horse?\
