Contest Brief

I have an event management company which I throw a variety of different events with. So far they are mostly themed club events and DJ shows. I might get into cultural food festivals, and events built around a specific cultures music. So it's a very versatile company and I don't want the logo to box me into anything super specific.

The company is called "Madness" and it's hard to associate that with anything. I actually hate that name but I hope to get an idea for a logo that makes me love it. I love vibrant neon color contrast - so two colors that really complement each other. Like a Neon blue with a Neon Pink. Right now my colors are black and vegas gold. I like that contrast so I am open to keeping it or going in the neon direction. Blues, Pinks, Purples, greens.

I don't want the logo to be so generic that it is similar to other DJ or party companies - but I don't want it to be overly intricate that it looks too busy in small images. I was thinking a logo, but also some text that says Madness or Madness Event Management - something that I can make a few different variations of. This will be my IG avatar, my watermark for photos, the logo branding I put on IG Posts and festival posters. Sometimes I may just post the text part or the logo or sometimes the illustration. I would like the logo to be changeable to turn white for watermarking purposes and have it still look good.

I think the idea of having an image of something kind of cartoon mascot/avatar could be cool as a logo. I don't want it to be too agressive, masculline or edgy. I want it to be like an animal or character that makes no sense. Like a robot panda, or a teddy bear with laser eyes. Something not SUPER cute, but a little playful, funny and nonsensical. It could be aggressive like a hooded animal DJing, like a cartoon illustrated-damaged cartoon teddy bear with an eye patch and fluff coming out, or a robot. It doesn't have to make sense. I don't want the avatar to be like bleeding or have an eyeball hanging or brains showing - I think I just want an avatar that has the right amount of edginess to it but is not too far. Some sort of silhouette cartoon character maybe, then with the text below it in a cool font. I like edgy-cool festival fonts like the street fighter font. I also don't need an avatar at all, if you have a totally different idea - then make me love it.

x1 Cool Font below it that says Madness (street fighter font, nero font, or something cool and similar to what i sent in the photos. I want it to be legible.
