Contest Brief

I need a simple yet modern logo design for a real estate company. The name of the company will be Portal. I would like a nice, clean typography, with maybe a symbol of a door or a door knob integrated in the design. Do not want anything related to real estate, like houses, building etc. For the colors would like a black and white design with maybe a hint of Orange. Not interested in other colors. Please read the rules before submitting designs.
