Logo for kitchen utensils line

Contest Brief

We are looking for a minimalist, modern logo for a line of kitchen utensils (e.g. spatulas, cooking spoons, soup ladles or mixing bowls). The brand name ist "ovisine" (lowercase letters only). All products of this line have a simple and clean design and are available in black, gray and gold. The logo should match this style and should look more classy than flashy.

Colors:
We are open to any colors for the logo. Maybe darker shades of gray, blue or green would look best for this purpose, but feel free to surprise us with your ideas.

Important:
The logo should have a unique characteristic that also works on its own, so that there is no need to write out the entire brand name all the time.
It would be great if the characteristic you included would be an icon or a thematically appropriate variation of a letter, so that the logo does not look too put-together, but has an overall concept.

We would need the winning logo in vector format.
