Contest Brief

I am looking for an experience designer to design a logo for Empower Real Properties. I want the E in Empower to be similar/same idea on the attachment picture not a clone. Just want it to be cleaner. Color is preference is BLUE. The edges have to be very clean. I want logo to be deliver in two different back ground. Blue back ground with white font and white back ground with blue font. Deliver files required PSD, PNG, JPG & PDF. Need different sizes, small, medium, large & extra-large.
