Contest Brief

I am looking for a logo to be designed exactly like image attached alongside some requirements as mentioned below:
Please read instructions carefully:
- Size: 2" diameter
- Plotting and vector cut lines in circular shape
- 2 files one with dimensions displayed other with artwork and cut contour lines.
- Should be able to change color of each element in file with just click and fill.
- Text if there should be editable (words, font and color)
