Contest Brief

Our company is called Clients and Closings.

We run profitable advertising that places real estate agents and brokers as an expert and compels their prospects to beg the agent to work for them.

I'm looking for someone to create a nice logo. I'll let you have some artistic license.

PLEASE FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

Must-haves:
-Must have the name in the logo "Clients & Closings." As a note, we would prefer you to use "&" instead of the word "and."

Yep, that's it.

Recommendations:
-We are in real estate, so a house or home is cool. Not a commercial real estate company.
-Our colors are gold, black, and white (c9c49c, 1a1d21, ffffff)

Updates:
-"Closings" is the most important word in our logo, so if you're going to accent one make it that.
-Please use something in align with our colors, bright red is not something we are looking for.

July 27, 2020:
-Of the designs we like most, we are leaning towards the ones that have a more luxury font design to them.
-We also are leaning towards those that use our lighter colors and accent with black, or accent with the gold.

We will ONLY work with the first submitter of a design once we pick a winner (and YES we will go through and find the first submitter of a concept once we pick a design we like.)
