Contest Brief

We have started to produce a logo for our short stay (airBnB ) lettings company and are now looking to do some property development work so want to come up with a logo that works across our new brands.

The companies are Fab Short Stays that does short stay holiday / travel rentals , we had started with a colourful suitcase with eyes and a smile on its travels, but this was unfinished, (attached)

We now want to use the Fab Group to do some property development so want a logo incorporating the name that works for both, or possibly two variances on the logo, one for holiday lettings and the other for development.

We like colourful youthful design, we are very in to sustainable development but at the same time its a development company so needs to be seen as steady, reliable and trustworthy.
