Contest Brief

I am looking for a logo. Primarily for a website but it will be a brand in itself. We will be a competition website, offering luxury holidays as prizes. The competition company will be called 'Jet Set Go' competitions. This text can be in the logo too if it looks good

I need to make sure the picture looks good at a size of 200x50 so that it is not distorted on the website.
I will need the original editable file (PSD or whatever one it is), and I want the logo in the following required sizes: Letterhead and other basic sizes, including 200x50.
Can I ask for a few with different coloured backgrounds, for adding to different areas that will be the same colour as the logo, to add contrast between them, and also an opaque background one. All different files/individual images.
I will need to know the font in the file, and the colour codes for the colours used etc
I need the original files (with a pixel of 4000x1000) so it can be edited if need be and I will need PNG file format, optimized for web.
I will also need the favicon.
